I bought this Beecool Explorer in late July and was delivered in August 12th after I called and switch the color to Red instead of Orange because it's a stock item. I had a minor issue with the code 02 after installation. The customer service advised that I needed to adjust the screw on the break lever of the one that affected which I did and it worked. First time in the deep woods. Only game trails to follow we had to bump over a lot of logs I never would have on my MTB. We pedal the whole way but got stuck in a ravine I had to walk out and I just feathered the throttle a bit And you can walk anywhere since you don’t have to push the bike ever.——By Jim
